In addition to working with CBT, ACT, IFS and mindfulness modalities, I strongly encourage clients to work on being kind and compassionate with themselves. Learning how to quiet that inner critic can help us move through almost any struggle.

In addition to talking it out, I offer sensorimotor therapy, which looks like guided but collaborative visualization incorporating mindfulness; and art therapy, where you can make art in and out of session to process, learn, and heal!
