As I mentioned, my style is very casual. It is a simple conversation about what is going on, what you want for yourself or your relationship and how we can get you there. That's all. Simple, casual, with a little bit of humor (when appropriate LOL).

I have no set approach or recipe to helping. My foundation and beliefs are eclectic and therefore I draw from many validated treatment techniques depending on the person, problems, goals and circumstances.
