Early on, we all find ways to cope and move through the world, but in times of upheaval (like becoming a parent), those ways might not work like they once did. I build on the wisdom and autonomy of each client to find news ways of being and doing.

My practice Goal Digging Therapy is just what the name suggests. My counseling style is goal-oriented and solution focused. Besides traditional talk therapy, I use other means such as music and art therapy and even assign "homework" to clients.
