When I am in a counseling session, it feels more like I am with a friend having a cup of coffee. I like to meet my client whereever they are on that particular day and we face the challenge together, even when the challenge is not clear to them.

My job is to help guide you and support you on your journey by identifying your strengths and enhancing your coping skills. I incorporate the person as a whole, meaning exploring food and the environment in addition to traditional talk therapy.
