I combine cognitive behavioral and person centered therapy's with a Psyodynamic perspective while relating present difficulties to subconscious memories. I also use a holistic approach to help a client heal from past and present emotional pain.

I enjoy working psychodynamically, exploring unconscious content to reveal the source of distress. I also enjoy working with thoughts and behaviors that are leading to distress and finding cognitive and behavioral ways to alleviate that distress.
