I like to invite clients to try new behaviors between appointments that might include mindfulness, connecting with nature, calming oneself, journaling, listening to music and/or moving to a song, going on a walk, creating art and even yoga.

After our first session we will get right to work. We will set goals and you can expect homework and exercises in between sessions, which will help you set your own boundaries, feel less irritable, and stand up for yourself in your relationships.
