I focus on helping people gain a better understanding of themselves. We may talk about values and how you are living your life according to what is important to you. We will also talk about goals for therapy and how to best meet those goals.

I draw from cognitive behavioral, acceptance and commitment, and interpersonal therapy approaches. I use evidence-based treatment in an individualized manner, which allows me to tailor therapy to best fit each person.

My clients have to be successful in order for me to be successful. However I won’t work harder than my clients but I will work every bit as hard as they do.

I work from a person-centered approach. Therapy is for the individual. I am simply a source to provide a helping hand. The real work is done outside of the session.

I work with the client as a whole, I look into nutrition, doctors visits, as well as including my expertise. I find the client is served best when all practitioners can work together for the wellbeing of the client.
