My biggest takeaway from therapy was how crucial the therapeutic relationship is; so much more work, growth, and healing can be done when you feel safe with your therapist, when you feel they really see you and understand you.
I emphasize self-compassion. I focus on challenging unhelpful thoughts, learning to experience and process your emotions in a healthy way, and building meaningful connections. You will also learn concrete skills on how to cope with your emotions.

I use a variety of approaches that have research supported effectiveness. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) based interventions and therapies that help you learn skills to achieve your goals and feel mentally and emotionally healthier
