I enjoy using an array of different modalities but I am partial to EFT, Gottman Method and Bowenian Family Therapy. My focus is on the needs of the client, therefore I use a variety of modalities to meet the needs of my clients.

I am person centered and have an eclectic approach to therapy. Mindfulness, CBT, REBT, and EFT are a few of the techniques that I use in therapy. I like to give homework when applicable.
