My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client I work with. I usually use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Client-Centered Therapy.
Have a space dedicated to you and your parenthood experience and how it fits into your life. We can focus on the difficult things, things we rarely talk openly about, and most importantly, how to get through them.

Our sessions is to provide an experience for you. Meaning the experience of you being seen, processing and working through your emotions, beliefs and relationships, will be the key drivers to elicit healing and change.

My therapeutic orientation is rooted in psychodynamic, behavioral therapy, person-centered, and postmodern (narrative and SFBT). On top of the talk therapy, I am also trained in EMDR and Brainspotting.
Using a humanistic, depth-oriented approach, I help clients feel heard, seen, and understood—providing new perspectives and addressing recurring themes such as relationships, individuation, attachment, life-changes, emotions, & existential questions.
