Though all therapists have preferred methods (mine are CBT and the psychodynamic approaches), I always adapt to meet the needs of the client and consider what you will best respond to.

I am trained in psychodynamic therapy, evidence based trauma therapies for treating PTSD, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also use IFS, ACT, CBT, etc.
