I'm a therapist and a human too, which means we'll laugh together, cry together, and respectfully disagree at times, just like humans do. Wandering minds and big emotions are always welcome as we work towards deeper understanding and connection.

Social justice, compassion, & inclusivity are important to me. I believe therapy can include humor. Things don't have to get worse before they get better. You can gain hope and start to feel better after your first session. Many of my clients do.
