I treat trauma, depression, and anxiety with some of the newest mind-body therapies such as EMDR and Somatic Experiencing Therapy. I use EMDR to help my clients change their negative beliefs and reduce their physiological symptoms.

I consider myself to be a person-centered, existential therapist utilizing a combination of psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral approaches in therapy. I am also a trauma-focused therapist and can use EMDR for treating clients with PTSD.
