I use humor when appropriate and don't assign random "homework" just because in therapy - I do however recommend activities, books, and podcasts for use in between sessions when appropriate and specific to a client's goals.

My approach is oriented around the unseen aspects of the psyche. We approach these parts generally through the felt sense or in other words, through somatic exploration, in addition to exploring the imaginal realm as a means of healing trauma.
