My approach is influenced by family systems, psychodynamic viewpoints, and developmental psychology. I commonly use cognitive-behavioral, narrative, and brief solution-focused interventions. You’ll work hard, but we’ll laugh more often than cry.

Therapy will be very conversational and we go at your pace. My work is client-centered and resiliency-focused. Most people benefit from understanding their personal history AND how it might tripping them up now. We'll talk about both.
