I had the privilege to be under the wing of mentorship of Dr. Stephan A. Hoeller, the renowned Gnostic-Jungian scholar. With this background, I have created my own method of therapy over the last 18 years; I call it “Gnostic Pneumatherapy”.

I like to incorporate a person-centered approach and use interventions from different modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and DBT.

My go-to modalities are person-centered, solution focused, strengthen based, motivational and cognitive/dialectical behavior therapy. My education includes a bachelors in criminal justice, a master' in forensic psychology, and master' in social work.
