My ultimate hope in therapy for my clients is to cultivate attunement and trust with themselves, and empowerment for their lives to reflect this.

I would describe my approach to therapy as attachment-based and focused on the mind-body connection. I am also trained in Brainspotting, a method of therapy which enables you to access, process, and release trauma "stored" in the body.
Work towards discovering your authentic self, make meaning of current and past life experiences, develop healthy boundaries and coping skills, work towards self-empowerment, and heal past trauma.

My approach is nonjudgmental, compassionate, supportive, trauma informed, eclectic & client centered. I work within a holistic, whole person framework, addressing mind, body, emotional, and spiritual interconnectedness.
Seeking out mental health services can be overwhelming and scary at first. But it is my goal as a therapist to help my clients feel safe and to allow them to truly be themselves.

I bring to the table an eclectic psycho therapeutic approach utilizing evidenced based therapeutic interventions. I believe that you need to meet each individual that you are working with where they are, creating a safe and secure environment.
I work hard to help you feel empowered in your life and family to communicate and express your needs. I am a believer in self-reflection and concrete direction. I help others create a vision for their goals and plan the steps to achieve them.

Well, first, I am not your typical therapist. I'm approachable. Therapy should be a place where you feel comfortable and seen. In our sessions, I'll show you how to be vulnerable and genuine by being that way myself.
One of the greatest things about Brainspotting is that one can process just about anything using it. One can work on a specific issues such as anger towards someone or a more general issue such as a sense of not feeling good enough.

Working from a bottom-up approach, clients process issues to obtain healing in their brain and body which leads to change in their psychology versus trying to change their psychology via talk, which is the top-down approach.
