I blend somatic therapy, talk therapy, and mindfulness to help my clients connect to themselves more deeply and move toward a place of healing and self-compassion. I am also trained in Brainspotting and Ketamine Assisted Therapy.
My approach is influenced by family systems, psychodynamic viewpoints, and developmental psychology. I commonly use cognitive-behavioral, narrative, and brief solution-focused interventions. You’ll work hard, but we’ll laugh more often than cry.

Therapy will be very conversational and we go at your pace. My work is client-centered and resiliency-focused. Most people benefit from understanding their personal history AND how it might tripping them up now. We'll talk about both.
Often individuals I work with seek therapy to address: depression, anxiety, ADHD (executive functioning), LGBTQ identity, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships and communication skills.

I'm a client-centered therapist, which means I follow your lead about what our goals for therapy should be. To help you get there, I share teachings from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
Help to find your path, to discover what works for you and to explore what you may not know about relationships and sex.

For some clients therapy can be more educational, learning about the other sex (or the same sex with a different sexual energy) for others its more explorational, learning about themselves.
