I practice Eclectic Therapy. I don't believe in one-size therapy so I tend to tailor my approach to what works best for each client. Some of the theories I use are: Relational, Humanistic, Cognitive-Behavioral, Attachment, and Psychodynamic.

My approach to therapy is grounded in the principles of IFS, which helps clients identify, connect to, and work with or heal the parts of themselves that may be stuck in old patterns or negative beliefs from a place of compassion and curiosity.
