I use a sociocultural and trauma-informed lens in my work with clients. My goal is to create a safe space for you to keep it real and explore who you are.
I want individuals to know that if they choose to do counseling with me, it is a safe place to be themselves and they can speak about whatever they need to talk about without fear of being judged.

I strongly believe in the person-centered approach because I believe that you should be able to make your own choices within their lives without judgement from others. I believe that you learn best if you give yourself permission to make mistakes.
Develop deep understanding and trust through open-ended discussion. I can help you to gain insight into how your upbringing and life experiences affect present behaviors and beliefs.

I emphasize empathy, direct yet thoughtful communication, and staying up-to-date on therapeutic approaches. I assist couples as they navigate relationship issues, which often stem from unresolved betrayal trauma (whether they realize it or not!)
Develop the tools to manage the life you have or to create the one you desire; whether that be in relationships, work life, or rediscovering who you are and what you want, in the midst of societal expectations.

My approach to therapy is heavily centered around empowerment.
People can discuss anything but I specifically focus on mental health, postpartum, and intimacy coaching.

As a coach I want to focus most on your present compared to your past. I think that goal setting and accountability are an important part of the coaching process.
