Therapy isn't "one size fits all". I use a holistic approach that is tailored to your particular wants and needs. While I may use a variety of techniques, (CBT, Positive Psychology, EFT, DBT) my goal is always to create a non-judgmental space.
I approach therapy through a systemic lens: I believe our history, culture, community, and relationships are integral parts of understanding current experience. In broadening the scope to view these systems we also deepen our understanding of self.

I walk the road of healing with clients, giving them the tools and confidence to choose their preferred paths. I believe strongly in a client-centered approach that honors client agency in choosing therapeutic goals and outcomes.
Together, we will examine the health of your mind, body, and spirit, and I will provide tangible skills to help you grow in each of these domains. My goal is to create a sacred and safe space for you to explore difficult emotions.

My mission is to be there for you however you may need it. I will celebrate your victories with you while also telling you if there is food in your teeth. I come from a person-centered lens - a place of care for you and your experience.
