I provide therapy that is suited to each individual client's goals and preferences. I utilize several different therapeutic techniques in order to help various presenting concerns and issues.
A person who comes to me for therapy is having problems related to their emotions (ie. anxiety, depression); relationships and self esteem issues and whose goal is to work in therapy on developing strategies to deal with these problems.
