I would describe myself as eclectic as I tend to pull from different therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I also utilize some family systems and brain-based interventions.

I practice from a person-centered orientation, prizing the expertise of the client and forming relationships that allow the client to lead the way. I make frequent use of CBT and mindfulness techniques, and am trained in EMDR which applies to trauma.
