I respect the journey you’ve traveled to get to my office. It’s likely been a hard road. Sometimes people think their trauma isn't "big" enough, but that's not true. If you're carrying heavy emotions that've knocked you off balance, you deserve help.

I am direct and focused in my approach to therapy while showing compassion and validation. I value brief treatment if that fits the need but understand that some difficulties take longer to work through. I am available for as long as it is helpful.

Sometimes client's want to focus on present day issues such as anxiety management. In that case, we would focus on psychoeducation and CBT. Other times, client's prefer insight oriented therapy with a more relational approach.

I consider my treatment approach to be one of an eclectic nature with modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Modification, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Coping Skills Development.
