I have more than 15 years of experience as a therapist. My overall approach is a blend of person-centered (Rogerian) and solution-focused, but I tailor my approach to fit each client’s individual needs.

I have formal training in Trauma Informed Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), the Gottman Method, Prepare Enrich Couple's Method, and Motivational Interviewing.
