My approach is centered on you, my client. Depending on what brings you to therapy, together we will create a plan for moving forward. I use a combination of therapy approaches including CBT, Exposure, EMDR & others but is all focused on your needs.

We look at the whole picture. Sometimes it's negative thought patterns causing problems, and sometimes it's actual problems that need solved. Usually it's a combination. In the first session, you'll develop goals so we have a clear plan.
