I work from the past to the present. This helps to find out why and how events from the past affect today. If past experiences do not enhance, encourage or lift you, leave them on the conveyor belt of life. It is baggage, but not yours to carry.

My main approach is "Trauma-Focus" and I've been working for many years with people that have been victims of different types of traumatic events. I also love to use "Mindfulness" during the therapy sessions.
