My approach to therapy is centered on learning to trust your inner wisdom. I am trained in brainspotting, emotionally focused therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I am a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional (CSTIP).

While I do make this a welcoming environment I will challenge my clients time to time. We all struggle with negative thoughts at times and I try to point these out when I see them in my clients. I give "homework" to practice outside of session.

I strongly believe that individuals are unique and therefore a one-size-fits-all approach is not practical. I utilize an integrated approach pulling from CBT, DBT, Person-centered, etc. and tailor it to meet your needs.
