I’m experienced in motivational interviewing, teaching coping skills, and trauma processing. I have worked extensively with people who have co-occurring addiction and mental health challenges.

My biggest takeaway from therapy was how crucial the therapeutic relationship is; so much more work, growth, and healing can be done when you feel safe with your therapist, when you feel they really see you and understand you.
