I will begin the therapeutic journey with you by working together to create an individualized treatment plan aimed at the goals you would like to achieve. My overall approach remains solution-focused by encouraging positive growth and progress.
My experience includes but not limited to working with clients with a wide range of concerns: anger management, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationships, and self-esteem.

My therapeutic approach is eclectic and holistic, using integrative approaches, such as mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, and psychodynamic therapies. I am client-centered, and our sessions and treatment plan are tailored to address your needs.
I want to help you write your story, as you have always imagined it. Incorporating your dreams and letting go things that no longer serve you today.

I don’t believe therapy is one size fits all, I want to tailor it to your life and your vision! If that means sharing memes and laugh, I’m here for it!
Our time together has enormous potential. I look forward to helping you better understand yourself and make changes to improve your life.
