In my sessions, you may find that you have been living a life based on others' rules. Through warm, nonjudgemental conversation and evidenced-based therapy interventions, we will empower you to live by your own rules.

I use a holistic approach. I lsee how things are connected: from your current struggles, your dreams, your beliefs, your physical well-being, your relationships. From the whole picture, we address the root block in order to create transformation.

My approach is client centered and guide by the pace of trust. I like to connect with individuals and allow space to build trust before engaging with all the concerns and issues that may be in the room with us.

I utilize an approach called ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and I also utilize an approach called Body Trust® in my work. I also practice from a harm reduction perspective.
