I enjoy using active techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but I also enjoy using techniques aimed at helping you increase your awareness and acceptance, such as mindfulness. I am practicing under supervision by Rebecca Fitzgerald, LCPC.

I enjoy the process of "getting to know" my clients through my genuine interest and curiosity in the conversation at hand. Theoretical approaches I find most useful include Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness.
