I approach therapy through a non-pathologizing, trauma-informed, and harm reduction lens and understand that the client is the expert of their own experience. I view the clinical relationship as a tool for healing.
Clients possess the power to become "unstuck"; I am simply a supportive guide and facilitator in that journey. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

I am a cognitive behavioral therapist, meaning that we will consider: What do you think about your situation? How do you feel about it? What are you doing about it? Then, together, we'll figure out what needs to change and how to accomplish it.
Assess where your difficulties come from, what's keeping you stuck, and learn new strategies to break old patterns. We'll focus on the issues that matter to you, whether they be relationships, trauma, anxiety, whatever, we will manage them together.
