I'm laid back and offer a nonjudgmental, safe environment to really listen and be there for you! I use a combination of talk therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, life coaching and positive therapy to help you make change.

I don't have a set approach. Every person is different and every problem is different, which means every treatment needs to be different. First we will identify what matters to you and what your goals are, then we will create a plan to reach them!
