That I offer somatic work. Somatic Experiencing accesses the nervous system and allows the body to complete physiological responses that get stuck in the body during a traumatic event, or over time, as is the case in racial or childhood trauma.

I enjoy using active techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but I also enjoy using techniques aimed at helping you increase your awareness and acceptance, such as mindfulness. I am practicing under supervision by Rebecca Fitzgerald, LCPC.
