There isn’t one approach that fits every client. I work closely with clients to identify their needs/wants and find a treatment approach that works best for them. I typically utilize CBT, DBT, Client-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Therapy is guided by empathy, understanding, and empowerment. I view therapy as encouraging people to view their life as changeable by their situation, in which they can identify realistic steps that promotes positive change and healing.
