This practice conducts psychological testing and performs a variety of assessments. Please email directly with your referral question. Many evaluations can be done remotely, and because I'm part of PSYPACT, I can offer evaluations in member states.
My areas of focus are how anger management, emotional regulation, racial trauma, anxiety management, grief and loss, LGBTQ+ challenges, relational concerns, and familial trauma have impacted you from being your full and loving self.

My approach is to utilize a dynamic and non-traditional approach to therapy. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, strength-based techniques, and the utilization of resiliency to bolster feelings of confidence while working in partnership.
Develop coping skills that can be useful both now and in the future. We will also work to identify negative thoughts, practice new skills, problem solve, and set goals so that you can fully live in the present moment.

An Integrative approach uses multiple approaches to help clients. In most cases, this means a combination of psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and humanistic therapies. The approach is flexible and based on the needs of the client.
Together, we will discuss past, present, and future experiences and trauma that has occurred or may occur. We will be able to set goals and boundaries to help clients reduce presenting issues and build a positive well-being.

My approach is client-center based which means it is about the client's healing journey and what the client needs during their crisis journey. My approach is to help clients heal, gain positive self-esteem, and create a healthy life and well-being.
Hopefully talk, maybe practice some new skills, maybe meditate, hopefully dig deep (if that’s where we need to go, but generally not right away), generally we will problem solve and explore options you are willing and able to try out.

I believe in an integrative approach, that is, there are good parts to many therapy approaches, and everyone is different. So I try and cater my approach on a personal basis.
