Depending on your needs, we may use several different treatment methods, however, I have additional specialized training in several evidence-based trauma treatments, including EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Written Exposure Therapy.

For trauma, my main modality is EMDR. I do use other modalities, e.g. CBT, DBT, and strengths perspective. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
