I work primarily from psychodynamic and family systems perspectives. I believe that our earlier experiences shape us but don't define us. Making sense of these experiences allows us to make changes in the here and now.

My therapy approach is individualized and eclectic. It's based on the needs of each of the clients I work with. It's eclectic as I utilize an assortment of apporaches and tools to optimize the needs and goals of the client.
