I work primarily from psychodynamic and family systems perspectives. I believe that our earlier experiences shape us but don't define us. Making sense of these experiences allows us to make changes in the here and now.

In our work together, I will assist you in learning the emotional skills necessary to relieve difficult emotions and conditions such as panic, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. I will empower you to identify and challenge negative behaviors.
