My approach is client-centered, trauma-focused, and strengths-based. I have experience working with a variety of symptoms stemming from Autism, ADHD,(C) PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression.

I specialize in Trauma, Anxiety and Relationships and use EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Somatic Mind/Body healing, and Expressive Arts to help you learn self acceptance and to improve your relationships.
