I am a great listener that likes to encourage digging deeper into the what's and why's that have caused trauma, anxiety, depression and mood disorders. I like to reflect on the biological, social and emotional states and how they can help heal.

I tend to be very collaborative and try to incorporate as much context into my treatment, as I know that situations for clients evolve during treatment. I am also a naturally curious therapist and spend time getting to know you before jumping in.
