I typically utilize Cognitive Behavioral therapy so we can explore how your thoughts, feelings and behaviors all influence each other even without our full awareness of the interactions. This is a safe space to explore those interactions.

I find that therapy is most effective if we work as a team. I tend to use a combination of different approaches like CBT, Person-Centered and Solution Focused. You will lead the session and work towards specific goals that are most important to you.
