I use an evidence-based model of care that is culturally sensitive and trauma-informed. My theoretical orientation is eclectic. Therapeutic interventions may be cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal social rhythm, existential and others.
Generalize all intended goals and then prioritize based on both client preference and immediate need. I do things very collaboratively and prefer for clients to take the lead in saying what they need.

I tend to use a lot of CBT and DBT. There is strength in radical acceptance and being able to identify your needs without feeling guilt or shame for asserting those needs.
