My approach draws heavily from logotherapy, which promotes action toward finding life’s purpose. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused therapies to help clients.

I practice from a multicultural, feminist, anti-oppressive perspective that is BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I combine psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and relational approaches to meet clients’ various needs.
