In my practice I engage with a combination of Existential, Acceptance & Commitment, and Narrative Therapies. This includes exploring how clients make choices and how they can be more active in that process to lead a more fulfilling life.
People can bring up topics areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma including PTSD, family and relationship conflicts, low self-esteem, communication issues, affair recovery, lack of emotional intimacy, high conflict levels and gender identity.
