I personalize my integrative approach, using Attachment-Focused EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Interpersonal Process as my primary approaches. I respect and incorporate many intersections of clients' identities and strengths.

My choice of therapeutic techniques includes CBT but I also use techniques from Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, and Multisystemic Therapy. I will use goals, contracts, and homework while keeping client wellness at the forefront of treatment goals.
