My goal for my client's is to meet their goals and be able to progress outside of their sessions. Whether it is to reduce symptoms of anxiety or discover their purpose in life, I will act as a support but always encourage autonomy.

Outside of EMDR therapy I typically use in trauma treatment with my clients, my work is grounded in evidence-based practices of Western psychology, while being heavily influenced by practices that are more characteristic of Eastern philosophies.
