Clients should feel open to share their thoughts and/or feelings without any type of judgement. They should also feel like they are "being heard" with whatever challenges that they are facing. In addition, clients need to feel supported as well.

My approach is individualized for every couple. I pull from the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy, among other approaches. I see the relationship as the client, so I work to support your goals.
