I help overachievers stop "doing it all" so they can actually start living a life they want! Starting therapy, my clients realize they lost themselves trying to be who they were "supposed" to be. My goal is to guide you to who you WANT to be.

My approach is to meet you (the client) where you are! We will set reasonable and obtainable goals, and work toward them as you are comfortable. Our sessions should feel like a place where you can unload your stress and come out with coping!
